If we swap Wii codes, we’re marked as friends. Right now that only means we can send messages and Mii to each other’s consoles (my Miis will show up in the crowd of your tennis games, for example), but some time later this year we’ll be able to play online games against each other over the internet (you can already do this with the Nintendo DS).

Ah! Didn’t know that. The only Wii I’ve used is my nephew’s and I only got that hooked up to the net last week. Cool….
